Hello World...

I love this phrase for two reasons.

The first reason, is that it is a simple and wonderful way to introduce myself to this space. The second reason, would be that this statement is adjacent to a significant person in my life, my husband, who began his journey as a programmer in this similar manner.

I think how you begin a journey is just as significant as it's course and end. I will be going on a journey, here in this space. I cannot promise that I will meet you here daily, weekly or even monthly. What I can say, is that occasionally, I'll place my thoughts here. I'm not doing this because I think that my thoughts are higher or even better than most others, but I do this because I've thought so much on so many things, and I wonder if you think these things too.

I'll return to this space when I have something that I've deemed significant to express, ponder or simply engage others on, so expect occasional randomness in this space. I hope that you'll go on this journey with me, because a traveling companion is also nice, if not reassuring to have on any part of a journey. It is also great that if our paths cross and there is something wonderful, interesting or compelling that can be shared, that in that place and time, I've touched humanity.
